Quote request

Tell us the part. We answer with a price, a date, or a no.

Eight fields. No account, no drip campaign, no "let's jump on a discovery call". A person who runs the machines reads it and replies.

Plain description is fine. "A bracket that holds a 40 mm fan" beats a blank field.
Ballpark is enough. We will tell you if it is not reachable.
The one dimension that decides whether the part works.
Or just reply to our answer with the file attached.

What happens next
01

A person reads it

Not a form router. If something is ambiguous we ask one question instead of guessing.

02

You get price and date

A number, the quantity it applies to, and the lead time. If it is not a fit, you get that in the same reply.

03

Nothing happens until you say so

No follow-up sequence. If you go quiet, we assume you went another way.

Your drawing stays yours. Files are used to quote and to make your part — not to build a catalogue. Read the four commitments →

What actually moves the price.

Four things decide it. Everything else is noise — and asking for a single "best price" without them gets you a number that is wrong in one direction or the other.

  • Quantity. Below roughly 50 pieces you are mostly paying for setup, programming and first-article inspection, not material. The per-piece number falls fast as the batch grows.
  • Material. The same geometry in POM and in 3Y-TZP are two different jobs: different stock cost, different green/blank cost, different scrap rate.
  • The one tight dimension. A part with a general tolerance is straightforward. One dimension at ±0.01 mm can move the part to a different machine and a different inspection step.
  • How much we throw away. Thin walls, deep pockets and small holes mean broken tools and scrapped blanks. That cost is real and it shows up in the quote.
1–9 piecesSetup dominates. Expect the highest per-piece price of any band — and it is still the right way to buy a first article.
10–49 piecesSetup amortises. Usually the band where a prototype becomes a small pilot run.
50–199 piecesFixtures make sense here. Per-piece cost drops; inspection moves to sampling.
200–999 piecesTooling and cycle time lead. Material buying starts to matter.
1,000–2,000 piecesOur ceiling. Above this, a dedicated production shop beats us on price and we will tell you so.

First article
Confirmed with each quote — it depends on material and current queue, and we would rather give you a date we hold than a date that sounds good.
Batch after approval
Quoted alongside the first article, so both dates come from the same schedule.
What we will not do with a quote request. No "estimated price" invented to get you on a call, no price that excludes tooling and then adds it later, no quote for a part we cannot inspect. If the geometry needs a capability we do not have, the reply says so on line one.
